Delivery & Returns
• SageLuxury.com ships all orders UPS Ground and USPS Priority.
• Most of our items are sent out within the Next Business day of when the order is placed. In case there is a lead time you will be notified during your checkout process with an estimated date for shipment.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange (for 100% the value of the purchase minus shipping) or refund (value minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee). Product must be in original packaging, and in Brand New condition to receive credit or refund. All our items are Brand New, unless otherwise indicated, and come sealed with the original manufacturer packaging as well as the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
• The original delivery charge is non-refundable except in the case of our error or if the merchandise is damaged or defective.
• Customers must acquire a return authorization number before returning an order by contacting help@SageLuxury.com
• Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee.
